World youth day
World Youth Day is an opportunity to encounter the worldwide Church, celebrate our Catholic Faith, and encounter the Pope! This experience is breathtaking, inspiring, and challenges you to go even deeper with Christ.
This trip is geared toward young people ages 16-35 in the year 2027. Those 16-18 and still in high school at that time will need a legal guardian to attend with them.
To learn more about the upcoming Diocesan pilgrimage to World Youth Day in Seoul, South Korea from the end of July through early August, 2027, please come to a call-out meeting on Wednesday, January 14 at 6:30pm at the Catholic Center Guerin room.
We will go over initial pilgrimage plans and discuss cost and fundraising. If you are unable to attend in person, we will offer a zoom option. Please email scooley@evdio.org if you plan to attend, or if you would like to join via zoom.

Please reach out if you have any questions, or if you're interested in supporting our efforts to make this pilgrimage possible to those who wish to go. We appreciate your prayers! - Sherie Cooley, World Youth Day Coordinator; Director of Religious Education and Youth Ministry
