Encounter Hope: Building Christ-Centered Families

Dear Parish Leaders,

Our families are in need of grace, strength, direction, and inspiration to live out the calling Christ has for them. We are offering this support through the capstone celebration of our Diocesan Jubilee Year,  "Encounter Hope: Building Christ-Centered Families."

Many of you were instrumental during the Eucharistic Congress in providing your parishioners with the opportunity to attend and receive countless graces. You can now offer your parishioners not only the chance to build a strong Catholic family, but also to strengthen your parish by attending this special event together as a parish group. This will foster a bond and support system within your parish family.

If you would like to further help strengthen the families in your parish, you can offer them the option to purchase tickets directly at your parish. Simply inform your parishioners and track your sales on the attached spreadsheet. Tickets will be delivered to your parish approximately two weeks before the event. For parish groups of at least 10 attendees who would like to sit together, please let me know.

The $50 ticket price includes lunch and a Jubilee Year Pilgrim's bag. Scholarships are available for those unable to pay; please indicate "scholarship" on the spreadsheet under the "amount paid" column. Partial payments with partial scholarships are also accepted.

I have attached an invitation, in various file formats, that you can use to email to your families, or create your own, which provides an overview of the event and encourages their attendance. Additionally, please find an information sheet with specific event details that should be included with the invitation. If you are offering the option to purchase tickets at your parish, please include that information and your email address at the end of the letter.

The Bulletin insert could be posted to your facebook page or your social media outreach.
